They do not extend to services or products offered by third parties or external sites linked from our website. Any third-party services or products are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Filing a Complaint

If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a mutually acceptable solution. Complaints should be addressed to us before escalating further. If resolution is not achieved, you may proceed with formal complaints as necessary.

Eligibility for Refund

We strive to deliver high-quality services as outlined in our proposals. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Store Development: Full refunds are available if the project has not started. For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be issued based on the project’s completion stage, as determined by The Buddiess.
  • Dedicated Hiring: Full refunds are available if there is a delay in project initiation by our team. Refunds are proportionate to the work completed if the project is canceled by the client. No refunds are provided for work already completed.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

  • Timely Payments: Projects remain active based on agreed payment schedules. Delays in payment may affect project timelines.
  • Client Communication: Timely and accurate communication from the client is essential. Delays or failures in project completion due to lack of information or communication are not the responsibility of The Buddiess.
  • Information Completeness: The Buddiess is not liable for delays or incomplete projects due to insufficient information provided by the client. Compensation for delays will only be considered if a special agreement with penalty clauses is in place.

Limitation of Liability

The Buddiess’ liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Refunds are processed only if the project is canceled and communicated in writing.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction (e.g., credit card, check).
